A Rock Band from Angola

 

 

 

NEBLINA Banda Rock Angolana

 

This is the blog of NEBLINA, the rock band who presented the first rock album ever recorded in Angola.

The blog has many pictures and videos of the band, and you can listen to their music!

Here is how they describe themselves at MySpace:

“NEBLINA was and still be the only rock band playing at the SUPERBOCK SUPEROCK FESTIVAL, many other rock bands are trying to follow this band´s steps by recording and present their work to the market inforcing the rocker movement in this country which still been recovering from the fresh wound of a war that took more than 30 years to end.”

Oh and by the way, the band was in Germany during this hot summer of 2006, proof: here is a video of one of the band members from July 2006, obviously making a speech holding a football candle, unfortunately I do not understand Portuguese well enough to get the meaning:
